
Ingredients:
-chicken breast
-green peppers
-onions
-mushrooms
-cheese *choose your favorite* I use cheddar
Directions:
Cook veggies in skillet over medium high heat until tender. Set to the side and cook chicken almost completely through.
Assemble chicken cheese and veggies in a large baking pan and cook in the oven for 10-20min until completely cooked through at 350 degrees. Remove and serve.
I paired mine with 2 mini sweet potatoes I steamed in the microwave
