Italian Chicken Veggie Bake


-1.5 lbs of chicken strips

-crafted creations Italian seasoning

-2 small zucchini

-1 onion

-1 container of sliced mushrooms

-small bag of mozzarella cheese

-1 colored pepper


Season chicken and cook in skillet over medium high heat until almost cooked through set aside and cook veggies in same skillet season to taste.

Assemble all ingredients chicken first then veggie mix over top and add cheese and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 min.
