Sometimes strength is found on a yoga mat rather then a gym.

Sometimes our strength is measured by not how many reps we do or how much weight we carry but by how often we show up or how many times we get back up after a failure

Strength is about pushing yourself further then you think you can and trying to do things were not sure we may be able to do.

Strength is about being willing to push yourself out of that comfort zone and venturing to a place we may not know much about.

True strength is about being willing to do things endure things you’ve never done before for the chance at even more success.

Strength is the ability to withstand great force or pressure.

I want to be strong.
