Decided to check out the dieting section at the book fair today for kicks and giggles. Sad how many diets, secrets to weightloss, and random information that was just plain hurtful in my past dieting adventures I had read up on and tried in the past.
In the end it’s not what you read that will change your life. It’s what you do. Nothing you can read will change your life unless you are prepared to take action.
Diets dont work. Lifestyles do.
