Slow Cooker Chicken Corn Chowder


-1/2 cup butter

-1 carrot diced

-1 stalk celery diced

-1 onion diced

– 1 clove if garlic minced

-1 1/2 cups white corn kernels

-1 1/2 cups yellow corn kernels

-4 russet potatoes, diced

– 1 1/2 cup whole milk

-1 cup heavy whipping cream

-salt and pepper

-4 cups chicken stock

-2 cooked rotisserie chicken breast halves shredded


Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours
