Ground Turkey and Veggie Skillet

My boyfriend recently made this delicious dish and I had to share!


1lb of ground turkey

Sweet Onion

Red pepper

Yellow pepper

1 container of mushrooms

Seasonings of your choice: we used salt pepper garlic and cummin


On medium/high heat begin cooking ground turkey add chopped veggies until throughly cooked.

We served this over a bed of white rice but feel free to play with it to meet your dietary needs.
