A goal without a plan is just a dream! If you are looking to make a lifestyle change the VERY first step you should start with is developing a plan. Feel free to check out my 5 planners I used for a successful lifestyle change! If your not comfortable or ready to start out with all 5 feel free to start with just 1 and work the others in slowly over time!
It is a fact we stick to our plans more often when we write them down and look at them more often. Just remember if you miss a day don’t give up! Write down what happened and pick right back up where you left off!
