So many times in my life I untagged myself or deleted pictures because I didn't like seeing the image of my own body.

No matter how your feeling about your body today don't delete the pics. one day you may wish you still had them.

It's funny the last time I went digging for old pics the emotions were still raw. Years later. I still carried a lot of resentment. Even though I thought I'd addressed it. I still had that feelings of disappointment but with understanding.

Weightloss will always be more fun for me then the mental healing but the nice part is even though it's slow progress...there is progress ❤️

This time I'm just happy to have rediscovered a pic of a great memory ❤️
