This was a take on a Turkey sandwich…I was going to use iceburg lettuce but had some spinach I ended up choosing instead due to the added nutrition. Smothered Chicken Dinner

Ingredients: -chicken breast -green peppers -onions -mushrooms -cheese *choose your favorite* I use cheddar Directions: Cook veggies in skillet over medium high heat until tender. Set to the side and cook chicken almost completely through.
