It’s nice when people ask me if I’m losing weight! 2 people in the last 3 days have asked me and my reply has been I’m not losing pounds but I’m losing inches! I’m ok with that because before it was always about the number and how many each week. I’m not doing any special diet and nor am I spending $700 on meal plans and nor am I spending tons of money on groceries to fix my meals. First I had to accept that weight loss wasn’t about the number! I had to learn to accept me and my faults and I had to learn to respect food! Yes you have to respect it because it can be your worst enemy! Back in September I had someone do my measurements and I can say that I have lost an inch in my arms, 1/2 inch in my legs, nothing in my chest go figure lol , 1.5 inches in my hips, and 1 inch in my waist. I can’t drink alcohol since I’m on blood thinners and so that has helped me out, but the one thing that I’m doing is drinking lots of flavored water mixed with TRUVY! Plus I watch the amount of food I eat and I watch the food labels with alcohol sugars. I’m actually happy again and let petty things go. Thank you Meghan See for the encouragement!
