I was pretty close to rock bottom when seeing some of Meghan’s posts on IG inspired me to restart my health journey. I met her almost a year before and really kick myself for not reaching out to her sooner. Meghan’s coaching groups have made a huge impact on my life and I am 30 pounds down in 4 months and still going strong! While I love that I am shedding the weight, a more significant change that I’ve noticed is that I’m feeling better in general and am more empowered to love myself and be more secure in my own skin. That is due to Meghan’s coaching not being centered on just losing weight, but on a lifestyle refresh where you also work on staying positive and taking small actions every day to work towards bigger goals. Meghan makes the journey seem less overwhelming while providing creative strategies and ongoing support!
