10 leg lifts

Sprint .25 miles

Repeat decreasing by 1 rep each time until you reach a full run or you reach failure level or time limit. Feel free to modify to meet your needs!

    Hi my name is Rachel and I’m overrated I was 275 lb and I’m 5 ft I want to lose weight but don’t know how or where to start it look so easy but when I try and be so hard I need to get down pat what to eat and what not to eat how to workout and when to workout and where do I get the fine I have two jobs and for kids can you please help me thank you and by the way you look good and I’m proud of you I wish I could be like you
